Partner with Boston Renaissance to Make a Difference

At Boston Renaissance Charter Public School, we know the enormous value and benefit our scholars receive when our neighbors, local businesses and community organizations get involved to take part in the education of our students. We have a proven track record of building and maintaining Community & Business Partnerships that meet the needs of both the school and our partner organizations, and are committed to continually developing more.

Recent partner examples include New Balance, Emerson College, Century Bank, the national non-profit play-based curriculum developer Playworks and world industry leader in scientific equipment development and manufacturing Thermo Fisher Scientific.

In 2016, a video featuring our partnership with Thermo Fisher Scientific won the audience award for Fan Favorite at the 2017 Corporate Citizenship Film Festival.

Partnerships are designed to match the resources of local businesses and community organizations with the needs of the school, supporting Renaissance students, staff, and families. Partnership programs at all different levels of involvement are available. From arts enrichment, to academic tutoring and literacy development, partners can participate at every level from a one-to-one relationship between a volunteer tutor and student to an Adopt-a-Class relationship between a corporate team and a specific classroom.

The philosophy and purpose of our various partnerships is to enhance student achievement and assist in meeting the mission of the Boston Renaissance Charter Public School. Community and business partners offer creative solutions to many challenges facing education today offering our students many opportunities beyond what they would otherwise have.
