Boston Renaissance Hosts Community Mentoring Breakfast

On November 16th, Boston leaders from business, government, education and the arts  attended the 9th annual Young Kings and First Ladies Mentoring Breakfast.  Guests were treated to performance by the Voices of Renaissance Chorus and paired with students for mentoring discussions and dialogue.  Several prominent guests were in attendance, including WCVB Channel 5 reporter Todd Kazakiewich, former UMass Boston Chancellor Dr. J. Keith MotleyCentury Bank Chief Executive Officer and President, Barry R. Sloane, Thermo Fisher Scientific Senior Vice President Fred Lowery and more came out to watch our scholars perform, have a wonderful breakfast, and speak with our scholars about their hopes and dreams.
