Renaissance 3rd Graders Show Kindness in the Community

As part of “Kindness Month” here at Boston Renaissance, a classroom of 3rd grade students decorated dozens of special rocks with messages of kindness, and then delivered them to members of the surrounding community.  The students were inspired by the Kindness Rocks Project, a global movement to spread kindness.  Students hand-delivered their gifts, visiting the nearby Boston Fire Department, Boston Police Department, US Post Office, Shaw’s Supermarket, and Blake Estates Residences for Seniors.  The students were excited to share their messages of kindness and spread the holiday spirit, and the recipients of the gifts were very much surprised and delighted.  Congratulations to Ms. Fountain and her students!
