Campus

Boston Renaissance is set on a beautiful, six-acre campus, in a state-of-the-art facility with modern amenities and classrooms.  We believe Boston’s children deserve nothing less.

Outdoors, we have two playgrounds, a track, basketball, and turf athletic field.  Indoors, the classrooms, gymnasium, arts classrooms, dance studios, piano studio, library, and computer labs provide students with the space and tools they need to be successful – and have fun.

Boston Renaissance was originally located in a 15-story building in downtown Boston, and was recognized by many as the Commonwealth’s flagship charter school.  Yet, while the downtown location was long part of Renaissance’s identity, the building presented significant logistical challenges.

In 2008, we set out to find a new home that would be more comfortable and compatible learning environment for students. After significant renovation and construction, in September of 2010, Boston Renaissance relocated to its current home in Boston’s Hyde Park neighborhood.
