Who is the Boston Renaissance Charter Public School?

Boston Renaissance Human Resources Department

The Office of Human Resources, in close coordination with Head of School and the Chief Financial Officer, plans, organizes, and directs the personnel management program for all employees in conformance with policy directives of the Board of Trustees, as well as state and federal rules and regulations.  This team coordinates the recruitment, hiring, and evaluation program for all personnel.

THE OFFICE OF HUMAN RESOURCES IS COMMITTED TO:

  • providing for and implementing, fair, effective and consistent employee/employment related practices and procedures,
  • ensuring that current Renaissance teachers and paraprofessional staff members attain “highly qualified” status as required by the applicable state and federal legislation,
